Luna Menu is designed for private, single-player use only. Any online or multiplayer use is a violation of applicable game policies and may result in disciplinary actions from the game developer.

Luna and its developers are not liable for bans, suspensions, or losses caused by misuse or unauthorized activity. The software is provided "as is" with no warranties of any kind.

Refund Policy

All purchases are final once a license key has been activated or delivered. Refunds are not issued under any circumstances, including accidental purchases or dissatisfaction.

Chargebacks or payment disputes result in immediate account termination and license revocation.

Account & Security

Users must provide accurate details during registration. Sharing accounts, reselling keys, or unauthorized use will result in immediate termination.

Users are responsible for maintaining password security. Luna is not liable for compromised accounts or negligence.

Conduct & Restrictions

Users must act responsibly and respectfully. Exploitation, harassment, reverse-engineering, or attempts to disrupt Luna systems are strictly forbidden.

Luna reserves the right to investigate and suspend or ban users at its discretion.

Legal & Ownership

All Luna software, content, and branding remain the property of the Luna development team. Redistribution, resale, or modification of Luna assets without written consent is prohibited.

Using Luna does not grant ownership of its intellectual property.

Termination

Luna reserves the right to revoke, suspend, or terminate access for any violation, fraud, or abuse of service. Terminated users forfeit all rights to refunds or reinstatement.
